استخدامك لخدمات WASM يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط.

Terms and Conditions. Using WASM services means you agree to these terms.

1. الخدمة

توفر WASM بطاقات رقمية للولاء والعضويات والحجوزات عبر Apple Wallet و Google Wallet. التاجر مسؤول عن المكافآت والعروض التي ينشرها لعملائه.

1. Service

WASM provides digital loyalty, membership, and reservation passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Merchants are responsible for the rewards and offers they publish.

2. استخدام العميل

يمكن للعميل إضافة البطاقة إلى المحفظة، متابعة رصيده أو ختماته، واستخدام المكافآت حسب قواعد البرنامج المحددة من التاجر.

2. Customer Use

Customers may add passes to their wallets, view progress, and redeem eligible rewards according to the merchant's active program rules.

3. مسؤولية التاجر

يجب على التاجر التأكد من صحة بيانات البطاقة، تفاصيل التواصل، المكافآت، تواريخ الانتهاء، وروابط الدعم قبل نشرها للعملاء.

3. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants must keep card content, contact details, reward details, expiry dates, and support links accurate before publishing passes.

4. توفر المحفظة

توفر Apple Wallet و Google Wallet يعتمد على الجهاز، البلد، وسياسات كل مزود. قد تحدث WASM شكل البطاقة أو طريقة عرضها للحفاظ على التوافق.

4. Wallet Availability

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet availability depends on device support, country availability, and provider policies. WASM may update pass layouts for compatibility.

5. أمان الحسابات والاستخدام المقبول

يجب على المستخدمين والتجار حماية روابط الدخول، رموز OTP، وأجهزة المسح. يمنع اختبار الخدمة أو محاولة تجاوز حدود المسح أو المكافآت دون تصريح مكتوب من WASM.

5. Account Security and Acceptable Use

Users and merchants must protect sign-in links, OTP codes, and scanning devices. Testing the service or attempting to bypass scan or reward limits without written permission from WASM is not allowed.

6. مكافحة الاحتيال

قد ترفض WASM عمليات المسح أو المكافآت عند الاشتباه في تكرار الرمز، انتهاء صلاحية QR، إساءة الاستخدام، أو وجود نشاط غير معتاد.

6. Anti-Fraud Controls

WASM may reject scans or rewards when a QR code is expired or reused, when misuse is suspected, or when unusual activity is detected.

7. الخصوصية

يتم التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية حسب سياسة الخصوصية.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
